MARIELA DESIA is an interpreter, author, and composer of Argentine and Latin American folklore music with 20 years of experience and impressive awards. Her repertoire includes classic folklore songs as well as her own compositions. This year she has new original material from her new album “Songs and Emotions”. Her awards include the 2009 First Prize at the International Festival in Punta Arenas, Patagonia, Chile, and the 2010 First Prize “Disco Platino” at the Festival of Latin American Song in California, USA.
